自由译者职业能力的基本构成

摘要：职业能力是译员综合能力的重要组成部分，而自由译者的职业能力更有其特殊性。本文将自由译者职业能力识别为市场能力、行业能力和自主能力三个方面，尝试点拨对自由译者职业能力构成的思考，以期为翻译行业职业能力研究发掘新意。本文从当今社会对应用型翻译人才的需求出发，提倡译员训练与市场对接，为高校本科和专业硕士翻译教育的课程设置和专业建设改革提供启示。

The Basic Components of Professional Competence of Freelance Translators
Abstract: Professional competence is an important part of the translator's comprehensive ability, and the professionalism of a freelance translator has its peculiar implications. By initiating the three aspects, marketing competence, industrial competence and autonomous competence, this paper attempts to explore some new ideas for the study of professional competence in translation industry. In light of the high demand for talented translators in today's society, this paper advocates the greater interaction between translator training and market, and the reform of the curriculum design and disciplinary construction for graduate and undergraduate professional translation education.
